JAKATA judge in Miss Warrington contest

Around 20 girls competed for the title of Miss Warrington 2006, with the aim of being crowned Miss England and ultimately taking part in the Miss World final. The event took place in Mr Smiths nightclub and Jenny Carter, co-owner of JAKATA joined the contest as one of its judges.

“To be asked to take part as a judge in such a prestigious event as Miss Warrington is a great privilege for both me and the salon.  Picking a winner was a lengthy process as the girls were judged on several aspects including their personality, walk, looks and figure. For all judges involved, one girl stood out mainly because she had a drop-dead figure and was absolutely stunning!”

“We wanted the salon to contribute more to the event so we sponsored the ‘Miss Best Dressed’ and ‘Miss Catwalk’ awards with gift vouchers for the salon’s hair and beauty treatments.”
